D-2 Inc. is pleased to introduce the Hydro-Light JF-WA1 Water Pad Tester. This device revolutionizes testing free water in aviation fuel. The Hydro-Light provides results efficiently with an easy one step measurement process. Just put the pad in the slide, put the slide in the machine and read the digital display, which displays the free water content of the fuel up to 50 PPM. This box is used to run ASTM Test Method D-3240. The Hydro-Light greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of the ASTM D3240 test method.

The JF-WA1 comes in three versions. The commercial version available to the public is the JF-WA1, the version set up for the US Navy, with a NSN 6640-01-642-9285 is the JF-WA1-N; and the third version is set up for the US Air Force NSN 6640-01-680-6773 and is the JF-WA1-AF. WSI Water Separation Instrument – ASTM D8073-16

The CGSB have confirmed the inclusion of ASTM D8073 (IP624) in Table 1 (mandatory) of the Canadian Jet fuel specification, CGSB 3.23-2019

WSI for short is a revolutionary new technology that provides a repeatable and reliable water separation test. The WSI was developed to increase the reliability of the water separation from fuel measurement. The WSI filter is based on 5th Edition API certified materials.

The ASTM D8073 Test Method, the WSI has now been added to D1655, Appendix X1.13.2, and X1.13.2.2.

JF-1A-HH Handheld Conductivity Meter provides rapid field and laboratory measurement of liquid chemical conductivity. Mainly design for use with ASTM D2624 for measurement of electrical conductivity of distillate fuels, mainly jet fuel to meet ASTM D1655 standards. The JF-1A-HH-CM version is a higher measurement range ideally suited for measuring the conductivity of printing ink. This design has been improved with the same measurement precision with the JF-1A-ST pictured above.

The JF-1A In Line Conductivity Sensor is ideal for In Line Conductivity Measurement applications. Provides real time measurement of Conductivity for in process applications. ATEX, FM, FMc certified for pressures up to 16 Bar. Built with a fully retractable mount for easy installation and maintenance. ASTM D2624 Listed, IP 274. Custom Measurement Ranges from the 0-1,000 pS/m, 0-2,000 pS/m, up to 0-40,000 uS/m.
