Company History Established 2004
D-2 Incorporated is an innovative industrial sensor manufacturer that was formed in 2004. Since its inception D-2 Incorporated has set the new standard for conductivity measurement and control for the Petroleum Industry and now the Oceanographic Industry.
Recently we have added a line of CTD for Ocean Measurement and at the same time new Laboratory Equipment for the measurement of ASTM Listed Test Methods D8073, D2624 and D3240.
D-2 offers a range of sensors for the measurement of chemical fluid conductivity, dielectric constant, and temperature. Recently we developed a line of CTD’s as well.
Additionally we offer laboratory instruments for the measurement of free water in fuels, and other chemicals. Our handhelds and dielectric constant sensors have been used in the Ink Industry as well.
D-2 Inc. designs/builds/installs fully automated additive D2624 conductivity control injections systems. D-2 Inc. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality control manufacturer, and we are type certified to build equipment and systems for ATEX Zone 1 and NEC Class 1, Division 1 hazardous areas. We sell equipment, which is certified for use in ASTM Test Method D2624, and D3240, D8073. D-2 Inc. is headquartered in Bourne, MA and can offer full customer support worldwide through our representatives and distributors.

Innovative Solutions
D-2 Incorporated has developed more new ASTM Listed Equipment that has added or created new test methods for the Oil and Gas Industry since our inception than any other company large or small in the industry. Adding equipment to ASTM D2624, D3240 and creating a new ASTM D8073 method.
D-2 Inc. has also developed multiple SBIR / STTR projects with a 100% success rate of achieving phase 2 funding.
Most recently D-2 Inc. has introduced a novel new Hybrid CTD design that is new patented technology that is the first new CTD design in thirty years, offering a closed loop conductivity cell that can measure to the bottom of the Ocean floor with it’s extreme accuracy.

Engineering Services
D-2 Inc. offers unique engineering services for a variety of applications.
D-2 Inc. won multiple awards from NASA for engineering a new inductive couplers. We have worked in collaboration with other companies to develop multiple pieces of equipment to serve a specific industry need.
D-2 Inc. has also providing engineering consultation services for on site installation of equipment.
